UMS is currently accepting student applications for the 2010-2011 school year.  To facilitate the process, please download and fill out the student application form.  Once complete, submit this form to the UMS office with a $50 application fee, and administration will contact you to set up an interview.  Spaces are limited, so we encourage all interested in placement at UMS to begin the process as soon as January.

Students new to Undercroft are welcome to participate in the summer program.

Fall Season: Saturday, March 27^th – Saturday, May 1^st

Ages 3-8 are eligible to play Undercroft Soccer.

Our Saturday soccer events take place on Saturday mornings from 10-11am on the fields directly north of the Undercroft campus.

The focus of Undercroft Soccer is FUN for all who participate!

We offer kids the opportunity to have a positive sports experience with friends and family.

The cost for the league is $45.  This includes the Fall 2009 Soccer t-shirt, individual & team picture, and a trophy.  Please make checks payable to: Undercroft Montessori School.  Application and checks may be dropped off or mailed to Undercroft Montessori School office (3745 S. Hudson Ave., Tulsa, OK 74135).

Minimum donation per person attending the Honky Tonk Stomp $50.00. After clicking the “Donate” button below you may enter the amount that you wish to donate. Please bear in mind that the convenience of paying online does cost UMS a few extra dollars person to process. Any additional amount that you choose donate is greatly appreciated.

To help organize traffic we have arranged for a 2:00pm carpool time for Primary students and 2:15pm for Elementary and Middle school.

Aftercare as well as all afterschool activities will be cancelled today, January 28th.

We will continue to monitor weather and road conditions to determine whether school will be closed Friday, January 29th.

There are three methods we will communicate a school closing 1.) UMS website at undercroft.org 2.) Alert Now phone call 3.) local TV stations.

In the event Tulsa Public Schools close due to compromised road conditions, Undercroft will close school. If and when this happens, you will be notified through three channels of communication:

1. A phone message from AlertNow announcing that Undercroft has closed.
2. Through the local news channels 2, 6, and 8.
3. On the school website: www.undercroft.org

In the event that TPS closes, as they did today, due to extreme temperatures and a concern for students waiting for school buses or walking to school, then Undercroft will remain open. Our students are not traveling to school on buses and would not be exposed to the same extreme weather conditions as many public school children.

With this in mind, please take every precaution to dress your children appropriately, so their movement from your vehicle to the school building is as safe and comfortable as possible. We also encourage you to keep safety first and foremost in your decision making process. If you live in an area where road conditions are unsafe to travel upon, please stay home. Undercroft is a community of families that travel from all over our city and surrounding areas to attend school. Therefore, you will need to use your best judgment to keep your family safe because conditions may vary from location to location.

Children who are unable to attend school due to icy road conditions when school is in session, will not be counted absent on that day.

Here are the procedures Undercroft administration will follow in order to communicate about a school closing:

When inclement weather conditions create dangerous driving conditions for our families and staff, UMS administration will make an announcement that classes have been cancelled. Every effort will be made to announce such cancellations the night before. If this is not possible, families and staff will be notified by 6 AM the day of a school closing.

Communication about our school closing will come through three avenues:

1. Local television news channels: 2, 6 and 8
2. A phone call from Undercroft administration through AlertNow messaging service.
3. Information will be posted on our school website: www.undercroft.org

Please note that the Administrative Offices will also be closed when classes are cancelled.

When classes resume, administration will communicate this information through a second AlertNow phone message, as well as post it to our website home page.

If you have made changes in your phone number as recently as December, please contact Amy Langham with this information so you will be certain to receive an AlertNow message. If for some reason on the day UMS closes you do not receive a message from AlertNow, please contact Amy so we correct this.
