Dear Undercroft Families and Friends,
On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff at Undercroft, we are pleased to share the enclosed 2010-2011 Annual Report. This beautiful representation of our school highlights accomplishments that demonstrate the commitment of a growing community of students, families, and friends to a uniquely effective educational experience. The tremendous support we receive through volunteerism, donations and participation in school activities make it possible for Undercroft to pursue its mission with excellence, and we are grateful for all the generosity of our community.
Each year at this time we launch our annual giving campaign. Funds received through annual giving make it possible to enrich our educational program and facilities through purchases such as our fleet of vans for field trips and electrical and play equipment for our Playscape – expenses that cannot be covered by our operating budget alone.
We need your help to make this year’s campaign a success. As in last year’s campaign, our primary goal is to achieve 100% participation of our families, board and staff. We have set a goal of $50,000 for this year’s campaign. This goal is within our reach with 100% participation from approximately 160 families.
We recognize that not everyone has the same capacity to make a financial contribution, but encourage every family to give according to their own capacity. No gift is too small, and your contribution, regardless of size, will help us achieve our goals.
