Thriving through…and staying true, thanks to you. There’s no doubt that 2020-2021 is shaping up to be a uniquely challenging one for our communities and schools. To thrive through and stay true will require grit and determination on the part of each of us, and an Annual Fund that allows us to reimagine teaching methods, classroom spaces, daily schedules, annual traditions, and enrichment activities in order to maintain our safe, full-time education environment. It’s not always easy to think about raising money; it’s much more exciting to talk about creative ideas rather than light bulbs, door handles, masks, and hand sanitizer. However, we can all agree that it’s attention to the ordinary, day-to-day elements that make a school run. We must ensure that Undercroft’s basic needs are met so that a strong, supportive foundation exists for the inventive teaching and learning that is a hallmark of Undercroft Montessori’s program. In the midst of the pandemic, Undercroft sees the opportunity for positive growth. Your generosity is, in large measure, what enables UMS to be so adaptable and resilient. This year, when you consider making a donation to the Annual Fund, please know that you are making a major difference. We are ever grateful for your support. Click HERE to make your gift today. If you have questions about the Annual Fund or giving to Undercroft in any way, please contact Development Director Brigid Vance at Brigid.Vance@undercroft.org.

Thriving through…and staying true, thanks to you. Today, we’re thankful for the strong community of supporters who give generously to Undercroft’s Annual Fund each year. You keep us thriving, even in challenging years and trying circumstances. Our fundraising campaign for the current school year is now underway, and this year, your gifts make an immediate impact on the school we all treasure. A donation is a unique act of caring that directly supports the education of our students and the safety of our entire community. Thank you for your support and for being a part of our family. Tuition alone does not cover the entire cost of educating a child at Undercroft. Like most independent schools, Undercroft counts on voluntary support from our community to bridge the gap between tuition revenue and annual operating expenses. Annual Fund donations are unrestricted. That means Undercroft can designate these gifts in flexible and diverse ways, enhancing excellence throughout all levels and all aspects of the school. Over the years, the Annual Fund has made it possible to upgrade technology, develop our natural playscape, cover the cost of Montessori training and certification for new guides, and purchase new buses for student transportation. Your gift to the Annual Fund plants the seeds of our future. We ask you to make Undercroft’s future a top priority of your charitable giving. Annual Fund contributions are part of an indispensable, community-wide investment in the education of each student at Undercroft. No matter the size, gifts collectively grow Undercroft’s educational resources, help us plan for the future, and allow us to fund unexpected opportunities. Click HERE to make your gift today. If you have questions about the Annual Fund or giving to Undercroft in any way, please contact Development Director Brigid Vance at Brigid.Vance@undercroft.org.
