2021-22 Enrollment Instructions and Supply Fee Payment Page for Middle School

A non-refundable supply fee is due with each student’s tuition contract. For payment of the supply fee, we accept check, cash, and credit card payments. Please see the 2021-22 tuition contract for details regarding our non-refundable supply fee, enrollment, and reservation of space policies. To pay online, please fill out the form below and submit your child’s non-refundable supply fee for Middle School Enrollment for the 2021-22 school year. Note that a 4% convenience fee will be applied to your $615.00 middle school supply fee associated with this transaction.
